1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Panda Apps applications and related services. By using an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant application or service.
2. Services
Panda Apps provides software, utilities, and related features. The available functionality differs between applications and may include local/offline features, accounts, synchronization, backups, notifications, subscriptions, advertising, location features, AI or cloud processing, or other online features.
Some applications and features may use cloud infrastructure for accounts, synchronization, backups, notifications, subscriptions, or other online functionality. Other features may operate entirely or substantially on-device. No single storage or connectivity model applies to every Panda Apps application.
3. Accounts
Some applications may require or support an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping authentication details secure, and notifying us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. You may request deletion of a supported account through the app where available or through our public Account and Data Deletion page.
Account features, sign-in methods, and recovery options may differ by application. We do not promise that every application supports accounts, synchronization, or recovery.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Panda Apps lawfully, respect the rights of others, follow applicable platform rules, and provide only content and information that you are permitted to provide. You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, network connection, and current operating system where those are needed for a feature.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some applications may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellation, and refunds may be governed by the relevant distribution platform, including Google Play, Apple App Store, Cafe Bazaar, Myket, or a similar platform.
Panda Apps may receive purchase or entitlement information needed to provide paid features. You should manage billing and refund requests through the applicable store or platform unless its rules direct you elsewhere.
6. Third-Party Services
An application may integrate third-party services, such as platform services, analytics, advertising, payment or purchase services, authentication, cloud infrastructure, or AI providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on the feature, your use of a third-party service may also be subject to those terms.
For information about data processing, see the Privacy Policy. Panda Apps applications do not necessarily use every third-party service mentioned there.
7. Availability and Modifications
We may change, suspend, or discontinue an application or feature, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or on every device. We may release updates that are required for continued use.
8. Intellectual Property
Panda Apps and its licensors retain rights in the applications, software, branding, designs, and other materials we provide, except for rights you may have in content you submit. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the relevant application for its intended purpose.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse an application, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, use it to violate the law or another person’s rights, or use a feature in a way that circumvents purchase, access, or safety controls.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, applications and services are provided as available and without warranties that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Information or outputs from an application may require independent review and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice unless expressly stated for that application.
Some applications may display earthquake, environmental, emergency, navigation, health, or other safety-related information obtained from public, governmental, third-party, sensor, model, or automated sources. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Where safety is involved, follow instructions from official authorities and emergency services and do not rely on a Panda Apps application as your sole source of emergency information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Panda Apps and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, or access arising from your use of or inability to use an application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using an application at any time. We may suspend or end access to an application or account where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operation of the service. Ending access does not necessarily erase local data or records that must be retained; see the Privacy Policy’s retention section and deletion page.
13. Privacy
Our processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of the context for these Terms, but it does not change your rights under applicable privacy law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our applications, features, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the relevant application.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you and to the service. Nothing here is intended to remove consumer protections or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We do not state a particular governing jurisdiction in these general Terms.
