Account and Data Deletion

Developer / service: Panda Apps · Last updated: September 1, 2026

Users of Panda Apps applications that support accounts can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is public, does not require login, and does not require installing an app.

Before you request deletion

1

Request deletion in the app

If the specific Panda Apps application supports account deletion, open the app and look under Profile, Settings, Account, or an equivalent account-management screen. The exact path varies by application.

2

Request deletion by email

Use the button below to email Panda Apps. This is the external method for users who cannot access the app or whose app does not provide an in-app deletion control.

Request Account & Data Deletion

Please include: (1) the Panda Apps application name, (2) the email or account identifier used by the app where applicable, and (3) a clear request to delete the account and associated data. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What normally happens

When we complete an account deletion request, we delete the personal data associated with that account, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, transaction, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal/regulatory purposes. The exact data affected depends on the application and the features you used.

Local-only data, third-party platform records, and backups may be governed by the device, store, or provider that holds them. Temporary account deactivation is not deletion. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete server- or account-associated data.

We do not promise an exact processing timeframe because requests may require account identification, verification, or coordination with the relevant service.

No account?

If you do not have a Panda Apps account but believe an app may hold server-associated data about you, email support@pandaappofficial.com with the application name and any non-sensitive information reasonably needed to locate the relevant data, along with a clear deletion request.
